Project Background

Mantra Services was commissioned to carry out non-intrusive photographic dilapidation’s surveys across a 70+ multi-site programme within the home counties.

The scope was to report on the general condition of the site and the specific elements identified for survey.

Project Challenges and Our Response

Specific challenges to this project were the multi-site co-ordination across the large geographical area on live operational sites. Furthermore, the level of existing information available to both us and the client prior to the surveys being undertaken was limited.

Mantra Services experience in working on multi-site programmes throughout the UK ensured that the project team had the correct tools and processes in place to manage this complicated transient and logistical challenge. Our knowledge and experience in completing similar projects ensured that any limited or shortfall of information provided prior to the surveys being undertaken was captured within the updated reports when completed and submitted.

Furthermore, with a large portfolio of projects previously completed on live operational, restricted and high security establishments, our survey teams understand the requirements and limitations when working within these constrained environments.
