Mantra Services was recently commissioned to carry out a detailed topographical survey for a Business Park Development in Newmarket. 

Project Challenges and Our Response.   

Specific challenges to this project were busy highways areas in and out of the land parcel.Working closely with the Architect and Developer, Mantra Services planned, co-ordinated and implemented a suitable traffic management scheme to ensure that the services could be delivered in the most cost-effective manner, whilst maintaining the overall safety of the survey teams and the general public.

Having completed a large number of City Centre, Town Centre and Rural Highway projects necessitating complicated and logistically challenging traffic and pedestrian management plans, Mantra Services fully understand the requirements and limitations when working within these environments.
