Project Background

Mantra Services was recently commissioned to complete as-built ducting and civils infrastructure surveys to over 80 assets across the Home Counties area. The full scope consisted of a GPS topographical survey to include co-ordinates for all of the installed assets.

Once the filed data was collected, as-built CAD drawings were provided in accordance with the end user clients drawing standards.

Project Challenges and Our Response.

Specific challenges to this project were the multi-site co-ordination across the whole of the region and the access constraints when working within live operational sites.

Mantra Services demonstrable experience in working on multi-site programmes throughout the UK ensured that the project team had the correct tools and processes in place to manage this transient and logistical challenge. Furthermore, with a large portfolio of projects previously completed on live operational, restricted and high security establishments, our survey teams understand the requirements and limitations when working within these constrained environments.
