Project Background

Mantra Services has recently completed an appointment to produce the drawings on a 150+ multi-site upgrade project. Our team fully integrated with the client’s design management team and processes, providing a collaborative environment which ensured the deliverable outputs where to the exact specifications required.

Project Challenges and Our Response

Each site was drawn at different stages to include the outline proposal, included client comments, confirm the scope of works and amendments for construction issue. With a client facing approach adopted by the team, the requirements at each stage of the process were finalised during face to face meetings or via video conferencing.

The large amounts of information provided for the project were managed using our ISO accredited integrated management system, which included making minor changes to our processes to ensure the scope of the project was captured within our procedures.

With Mantra Services undertaking the CAD activities within the project, the clients design management team were free to focus on the compliance and value for money aspects of the design process to ensure the final solutions were consistent across this multi-site programme.
